Mimi's Kahlua Cake
Our favorite chocolate cake. Even better two day's old.
Ingredients
1 box dark chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
½ cup Kahlua
¼ cup water
1 package instant chocolate pudding
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup oil
1 ½ cups chocolate chip
Method
- Mix all ingredients (The batter will be very thick)
- Bake in a bundt pan (greased and floured) at
- 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes
- Allow to cool
- Dust with powdered sugar
